Artists,
We are faced
with a rare opportunity to bring together a 24-hour cable
television network, dedicated to the Martial Arts and its
practitioners. The Martial Arts Action Network has actively pursued
this goal since 1993 when we made our intentions known to the
martial arts community. We have never stopped our pursuit of this
worth while goal and have come close on a number of occasions of
making this dream a reality. As we all know, timing is everything.
Over the years, we have run into some overwhelming situations from
the market not doing well, to the dotcom frenzy and yes, 9/11. We
have had our share of bad timing. However, that was then and
this is now. Here is what we need to get this done. We need to show
the service providers, whether they are cable or satellite
providers, that 20 million martial artists in this country have a
voice. I will pose this question to all martial artists.
Would you be willing to use the products and services
of companies that help the martial arts community get a
24/7 television network? This is what we all would need to
do:
- Be willing to switch
your cable service to a provider that is on our list.
- Not only switch your
service, but commit to using their high speed services, as
well. If your answer is yes, we need your email address to
show these providers the type of support we have. A television
network that will provide programming for all age groups. From
children's martial arts cartoon network, to action adventure
movies, all at appropriate time slots. We are serious about getting
this done and the timing is right. A network where you know your
child will learn all the right values. Discipline, Respect, Focus
and yes, Control. A network that teaches:
“what is most important
in life must never be at the mercy of what is least
importantâ€Â. And what is most
important are Family Values.
