will need on their quest for Black Belt Excellence 24/7. Feel free to browse our website. Your decision to join us is a big one and we want you and your family to be happy with what we have to offer.
If your decision is to become a member, just go back to the application page and
print this form. Send it along with "your one time application fee of "$25" and any proof of rank to the address listed. As you train and obtain new rank, send a copy of your ranking
certificate to us along with a $5 fee. A new Certificate will be issued in your name.
If you are training at home with our at home program, you can send your home
