Dear School Owner,

This page will assist you in becoming a N.A.T.S.D.F. member school. You may copy the forms presented on this page for your own limited use. For you to be certified as an instructor by the North American Tang Soo Do Federation, you will need to have your students complete the federation application shown on this website. Send in all completed applications along with a $45 check for each applicant to the above address. Applicants will receive a federation patch and a laminated I.D. card within two weeks of the receipt of their application.

When testing is held at your school, you will need to send N.A.T.S.D.F. $7.00 for each federation member testing, along with the test list provided by the federation. Upon receipt of the test results, we will send to your school a Promotion Certificate for each examinee and also update in our records each examinee promotion with their new rank.
